The Waterford Town Court is located on the second floor of the Town Hall

Court Window Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 3:00pmWaterford Town Court is held every Thursday evening at 6:00pm, except for every fifth Thursday of the month. Small Claim and Eviction Proceedings are scheduled for 5:00pm on the first and third Thursdays. The District Attorney and Public Defender are here every second and fourth Thursday.

The Assistant District Attorney assigned to the Waterford Town Court is Lyn Murphy, Esq. Her office address is 25 West High Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 and she can be reached at (518) 885-2263.

The Public Defender assigned to Waterford Town Court is William Nowak, Esq. His office is 40 McMaster Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 and he can be reached at (518) 884-4795.

Small claims: If you are filing a claim, you will need to do so in person. The paperwork needed is generated through the computer.
