1. 27B Saratoga Avenue – Site Plan Review for a cannabis dispensary located in a vacant storefront of the Hostig Plaza. The owner is M & J Genesis Inc. / DBA Leafy Peaks with Jason Wellington as the applicant. The property is zoned C-1 and the business will utilize 2860 sf of the former NAPA store. A sign will be placed on the outside of the building and the business will be opened seven days per week.
2. Riberdy Grove – Special Use Permit & Site Plan Review. Seaboard Solar of Connecticut proposes to construct two 5 MW solar arrays as part of a solar farm on an approximately 136 acre parcel owned by John McLaughlin in what is known as Riberdy Grove along the Mohawk River. The property bisects two zoning districts: R-Rural and L-C. A public hearing was held on September 11th
