Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board of the Town of Waterford, New York, will hold a public hearing at Town Hall, 65 Broad Street, Waterford, New York, on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 7:30 P.M. in the evening to hear comments concerning an application for a minor subdivision.

The property proposed for review is located at 10 Knox Street (a.k.a. Knox Street Alley) in a R-100 zoning district.  The owner, Jon and Barbara Terpening, propose to subdivide 10 Knox Street (1.07 acres) into two lots # 10 & 12.  If approved, a house will be built on the second lot (# 12).  The future lot received a variance from the ZBA on September 19^th to allow for an insufficient front setback of 20 feet (required 40 feet, provided 20 feet).
