Town of Waterford Special Meeting Notice

 The Town of Waterford Planning Board will hold a Special Meeting Monday August 28, 2023 at 7:30 PM at Waterford Town Hall 65 Broad Street Waterford, NY 12188.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Site Plan Review of a proposed project at 36 - 46 Bells Lane – Douglas Stone and Matt Ciprioni of D&M Enterprises of NY LCC propose to develop a 8.933 acre parcel on Bells Lane.  Eight storage buildings measuring 150 ft wide and 50 ft deep will be constructed on the vacant property.  Each building will have six storage units, each 25 ft wide by 50 ft deep.  There will be 48 storage units in all.  The proposal also includes reconstructing approximately 500+ feet of Bells Lane to widen it to accommodate two-way traffic.
