7:30 PM - 2 Museum Lane – The Waterford Historical Museum and Cultural Center proposes to construct a 20 ft x 36 ft storage building to display an antique Button fire pumper and other artifacts at their existing facility.

7:35 PM- 36 Bells Lane – Douglas Stone and Matt Ciprioni of D&M Enterprises of NY LCC propose to develop a 8.933 acre parcel on Bells Lane. At the July 14 meeting, a minor subdivision was approved that created two lots including the 8.933 acre lot. Eight storage buildings measuring 150 ft wide and 50 ft deep will be constructed on the vacant property. Each building will have six storage units, each 25 ft wide by 50 ft deep. There will be 48 storage units in all. The proposal also includes reconstructing approximately 500+ feet of Bells Lane to widen it to accommodate two-way traffic.

3. 33 – 37 Bells Lane – Sketch Plan. Nicholas Jackson of Just Tanx in New Jersey proposes to construct a building on approximately 6.36 acres on the north side of Bells Lane. The building will house tanker trucks that will be delivering siloxane to the Momentive facility. The proposal also includes reconstructing approximately 500+ feet of Bells Lane to widen it to accommodate two-way traffic. The road will be a joint effort with D&M Enterprises.

4. Riberdy Grove – Special Use Permit. Dylan DeFrino, representing Seaboard Solar of Connecticut proposes to construct a 10 MW solar farm on an approximately 136 acre parcel owned by John McLaughlin in what is known as Riberdy Grove along the Mohawk River. The property bisects two zoning districts: R-Rural and L-C. The plan is being amended to also include a lot line adjustment
