Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Waterford, New York, will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 65 Broad Street, Waterford, New York, on November 6, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. in the evening to hear comments on proposed Local Law 2 of 2024, entitled “A LOCAL LAW TO OVERRIDE THE TEX LEVY LIMIT ESTABLISHED FOR SECTION 3-C OF THE NEW YORK GENERAL MUNCIPAL LAW“

Any resident of the Town of Waterford is entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing.  Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at the Town of Waterford Clerks’ Office.
