1. 217 Fonda Road – Minor Subdivision proposed by Eric Novick to create three lots on a 2.81 acre parcel that includes an existing house.

1. 217 Fonda Road – Minor Subdivision proposed by Eric Novick to create three lots on a 2.81 acre parcel that includes an existing house.
2. Riberdy Grove Solar – Site Plan was approved in December 2023.  However, Canal Corp was not included in the original Lead Agency letter and the presence of bald eagles was not originally identified as a potential concern, but addressed in the FEAF.  A new Lead Agency letter has been sent out and the FEAF revised.  The Board will pass resolutions to address those oversights and issue a new site plan approval and special use permit.
