1. 37 Bells Lane - Site Plan Review for Just Tanx to construct a 4500 sf building on 8.76 acres of property that is zoned M-1. The building will contain an office and space to service tanker trucks that deliver chemicals to Momentive from New Jersey. There will also be a 14,700 sf area to stack and store tanks full of chemicals.

7:40 PM Regular Meeting

1. 37 Bells Lane - Site Plan Review for Just Tanx to construct a 4500 sf building on 8.76 acres of property that is zoned M-1. There will also be a 14,700 sf area to stack and store tanks full of chemicals.

2. 217 Fonda Road – Minor Subdivision proposed by Eric Novick to create three lots on a 2.81 acre parcel that includes an existing house.

3. Riberdy Grove Solar – A 10 MW solar facility was approved in December 2023 conditional on satisfying several permitting conditions involving the Canal Corp. Dylan Defrino, Project Manager will appear before the Board to give a progress report and advise the Board of a potential need to amend the approved site plan.
