NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF WATERFORD - IMPROVEMENTS TO BENEFIT SEWER DISTRICT NO. 1

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Waterford, Saratoga County, New
York, by resolution dated September 3, 2024, ordered that a public hearing be conducted
at 6:50 p.m. on October 1, 2024 at a meeting of said Town Board to be held at the Town Hall,
65 Broad Street, Waterford, New York 12188, to consider whether it is in the public interest to
approve the hereinafter described project:

The Town Board is considering the acquisition of equipment for the use in and benefit of the
Town's Sewer District No. 1, consisting of one (1) truck mounted sewer cleaner, at an
estimated maximum cost of $535,000.

All persons interested in the aforementioned project, and the subject matter thereof, are invited
to attend.
