PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Waterford on January 5, 2021 at 6:55 p.m. at the Waterford Community Center, 125 Second Street, Waterford, NY and by teleconference for consideration of Local Law No. 1 of the Year 2021 titled “A Local Law Establishing a Registry for Vacant Buildings and Property Maintenance Requirements for Lots Containing a Vacant Building.” Any resident of the Town of Waterford is entitled to be heard upon said proposed Local Law at such public hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at the Town of Waterford Clerk’s Office during normal business hours.
